So how do you buy clothes without trying them on first? It's a lot simpler than it sounds. We've put together a few useful tips which will help you choose the right size for you.

Bust

Measure the bust at its fullest point, with the measuring tape resting under the armpit. Find the corresponding size in the size chart.

Waist size

Wrap the measuring tape around the waist with the tape resting in line with the navel, then find the corresponding age size in the size chart.

Thighs

With your legs together, measure around your thighs at their fullest part.

Shoe, Underwear and Bras

Castro uses the European sizing system. For your convenience, we've included a conversion chart for other sizing systems such as UK and US.
