International Orders:
There are various shipping options available, depending on the delivery destination.
Most in-stock items are shipped within 2 – 3 business days and generally arrive within 7 - 21 business days.
Since the delivery times depend on destination and the selected shipping method, you will be provided with a more accurate timeframe during the checkout.
Local Orders:
1. Home Delivery – To any address you choose in Israel, free of charge for a purchase over 99 NIS, or for a cost of 15 NIS.
2. Self Pickup from the Store – From any Castro store of your preference, free of charge.

RETURNS:
International Orders:
International customers have 28 days from their order date to return unused and unopened purchased items.
In order to return items please email our customer service at custserv-int@castro.com with your purchase details to receive your RMA number and return instructions.
Local Orders:
You can exchange or return items you purchased within 14 days of the date you received them.
Go to any of the Castro stores with the item and the original invoice, and you can get your choice of an alternate item, store credit, or a refund.
