Shipping options and delivery timescales depend on the shipping destination. Most items are dispatched from our warehouses within 2 working days. Delivery time varies depending on your chosen shipping option. During checkout, the available shipping options for your chosen destination will be displayed alongside their estimated delivery timescales.Please note that although we make every effort to dispatch your order within the estimated timescale, shipping dates may be updated.
Low Shipping Costs and Free Shipping for Orders over $100
Castro presents low, fixed shipping costs to 98 countries across the globe.The shipping cost depends on the shipping destination and your chosen shipping option (Standard or Express). Before your payment is complete you will be presented with the exact shipping costs and expected delivery dates in your local currency. For orders over $100 (or the equivalent local currency) worldwide shipping is free!
Customs Fees and Taxes
Customs fees and taxes are determined by the customs authority in your country, and are based on a number of different factors such as the country of origin of the purchased item, the VAT rate and local import taxes.
Certain items are not available for international shipping due to local regulations in the destination countries.These items may be viewed but it will not be possible to add these items to your shopping bag.
Product Returns and Refund Policy
International customers can return purchased items up to 28 days from the order date, provided that the items are unused and in their original packaging.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods if the original packaging has been opened.

Customer services will issue you a returns number (RMA), and give you detailed instructions on how to return the items.Refunds for international returns will include the amount paid for the items only, in addition to customs duties, taxes and fees (if paid in advance).Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
